• School Site Council (SSC)
• English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC)
• Local School Leadership Council (LSLC)
Your voice matters! These councils give parents an opportunity to be involved in important decisions that affect our school, including the school budget, calendar, schedules, programs, and much more.

Families of incoming TK and Kindergarten students are invited to attend Kindergarten Orientation and learn about the Instructional Program Options for English Learners on Monday, August 10, at 8:30 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. in the Multipurpose Room (MPR) in school.

We are excited to welcome our students and families back for the 2026–2027 school year! The first day of school is Wednesday, August 12, 2026. Cardenas teachers and staff are looking forward to another year of learning and success. Please arrive on time and bring a positive attitude for 2026-2027.
